Getting amazing team photos doesn't have to be stressful or time-consuming!
We travel to your gym for photo day and we don't charge travel fees or a sitting fee for teams with more than 25 athletes.
We also take care of communicating with parents via automated texts/emails with picture day information. Parents love getting to see their athlete's edited images before placing an order. And orders are shipped directly to parents so coaches don't have to worry about handing anything out!

One of the perks of booking a photo session with us is free team images and headshots for Coaches! We know it's easy to put off updating Coach photos, so we make it super convenient to get quick and professional headshots on team photo day!
HOW OUR PHOTO EXPERIENCE WORKS
Step 1 - Set up a photo date and time
Use the "Schedule Photos" form to contact us with your info and we will work with you to get a date and time scheduled for you team photos.
Step 2 - Send athlete roster
A week before your team photos, you'll send us a roster with your athlete names and their parents' emails and phone numbers so that we can enter that into our system. This will enable us to create access codes and private galleries for each athlete and enable seamless auto text and emails to be sent to parents to let them know when their athlete's photos are ready to view and provide them with a gallery link.
We can also set up online sign-up for time slots if you have a large team and want to ensure parents and athletes aren't all showing up at one time and waiting in line.
Step 3 - Photo Day
We will arrive to the photo location for set-up about 45 minutes before photos are set to start. Once athletes arrive, we'll sign them in on our app. We will take a quick pic with the app and that will automatically match them to their name and info and then sort your athlete's photos into their individual galleries once photos are edited.
We will also provide parents with their athlete's access code during sign in so they can connect to their child's gallery and receive their notification when photos are ready to be viewed.
Once checked in, athletes will have their photos taken and we will guide them through several poses and also give them the option for photos with team members as well as any additional poses they'd like to do.
Our number one priority is helping athletes feel confident and excited about their pictures. We believe the experience of getting photos taken is just as important as the actual photos. One of the comments we get the most during the actual picture taking is "Wow! That was actually fun!"

Step 4 - Viewing Photos & Ordering
We know people are excited about their photos and want them as quickly as possible, so we try to have photos edited and in the galleries within 10 days. Once we've uploaded photos into the galleries, an auto email and text will be sent to parents with the gallery links.
Parents can order digital downloads, prints, and products directly from their athlete's gallery. We offer a variety of specialty products as well - acrylic statues, keychains, buttons, magnets, memory mates, and ornaments.
Coaches will also receive a gallery link for team photos and any headshots that were taken. These photos can be downloaded from the gallery.
